Arqam is a caller ID / phone utility app. We respect user privacy and follow platform policies. This page summarizes what data we process and why.
What we collect
- App usage events (only when you opt-in), used to improve stability and user experience.
- Limited attribution data for marketing measurement (e.g., Google click IDs like gclid/gbraid/wbraid), processed server-side only.
- When you explicitly report spam or provide feedback, we store the minimum data needed to process it.
What we do not collect
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not upload raw contact names.
- We avoid collecting unnecessary identifiers.
Consent and controls
Sensitive features (analytics, personalization, contact-related processing) are gated by explicit consent. You can change your preferences in the app settings.
Security
API secrets and tokens are stored server-side only. The mobile app does not contain server secrets.
